Cancellation / Date Change Policy for FIT’s upto 2 bedrooms
Cancellation prior to 10 days from arrival – No retention by Hotel
Cancellation 10 days and less than 10 days from arrival – 1 night retention by Hotel
Cancellation 5 days or less than 5 days from Date of Arrival – 100% retention by Hotel
Cancellation / Date Change Policy for GIT’s / Group Bookings above 2 bedrooms upto 4 bedrooms
Cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival – No Retention
Cancellation between 30 to 16 days before arrival – 50% retention by Hotel
Cancellation 15 days or less than 15 days from Date of Arrival – 100% retention by Hotel
Cancellation / Date Change Policy for GIT’s / Group Bookings for 5 bedrooms and above
Cancellation/Date Change in part or whole of 5 rooms and above at any given time from the date of booking up till 31 days before arrival attracts a retention fee of 1 night.
Cancellation/ Date Change between 30 to 16 days before arrival – 50% retention by Hotel Cancellation/Date Change 15 days or less than 15 days from Date of Arrival – 100% retention by Hotel.
